I've had a deeply disappointing experience working here. One of the biggest issues is the constant threat of termination. Management is quick to terminate employees, often using "lack of performance" as a vague and blanket reason. There is no clear or fair performance review process, which makes you feel like you're always walking on eggshells. This creates a toxic environment where you're constantly worried about job security, no matter how hard you work or how long you’ve been with the company. Another major issue is the company's rigid stance on leave. Taking leave, even for legitimate reasons like illness, is frowned upon. There's little to no regard for employees' health or well-being. Even if you're genuinely sick, taking a sick leave is met with resentment, making it clear that the company's priority is getting work done at any cost, rather than the well-being of its employees. This attitude not only demoralizes the team but also fosters an unhealthy work culture. Overall, I wouldn't recommend this workplace if you're looking for a supportive and fair work environment.
