Overall waste working in this company, they ask you join immediately and leave you like that only. They don't care about your past roles and responsibility and ask you to do random job and they don't stand on the location you hired for. Hr bad, GM bad, co workers worst. Overall very bad

I recently joined a new company, and within 10 days, I received a more attractive offer from another company. Can I resign without serving the notice period? Would declining any salary and relieving letter (Experience Letter) it easier for the company to agree to my departure?
