Management is not...they just focus how to frustrate team members Even HR in North he didn't know how much sacrifices I do for company he just give me 1000 appraisal I join as PCE after 2-3 month while seen my performance my team cluster head ,MD and also HR committed me start doing marketing we will give you 5K appraisal and I started doing marketing and give 14 lakh revenue in 10 months but they really hurt my emotions efforts and they only gave me 1000rs appraisal. Im the one who doing marketing in pkl ,dhakoli branch and nariangarh hr I travel by bus over there then do door to door marketing in near villages by walk but they didn't respect my hardwork But time make men perfect I learn many things and if I got chance then Definately after completing my master I again join this organisation and teach them how team works done and how we reach revenue...Read More

Center heads and HR are without reason they will ask to resign. If health issues is there also if submitted Medical Certificate Treatment Documents also will not accept.
