There was lot of learning, but to learn anything it was mostly about navigating things by yourself. (Causing lot of stress n hindrance in work life balance).Excessive sense of competition amongst staff would lead to minimal sharing of knowledge. Also, relevant and frequency of training was relatively less.

Certainly improved my skill set; however, concerns were not dealt with; also there was no acknowledgement of the efforts one made. It was only about pleasing parents even if one’s medical/ mental well-being was at stake.

The culture is terrible. The teachers are harassed by the leadership team at their own will and at open platforms. The school has speakers in every class and the access is in principal's office which is mostly used to harass a teacher via announcements related to his/her shortcomings, which are apparently later proven to be wrongly communicated by some of the loved one's of the principal and coordinators. Teachers have been scolded infront of kids, parents, team meetings and wherever they feel like. There's no empathy for the employees and are simply crushed down with work as the expectation is that you go home and complete the work during evening. You will be recieving emails late in the evening and are expected to finish that task before the school next day. It is the most torturous and humiliating place I have ever been to. Please look for ut for a different school unless your life depends on it....Read More
