I have the following offers: 1. Exl - 24 lpa fixed + 12% variable + 2 lakhs joining bonus Position - manager 2. Infinite computer solutions - 30 lpa fixed 3. Deloitte - Still negotiating trying for 30-35 lpa I am prioritizing long term employment as well as personal/ professional growth as I have major family responsibilities coming ahead in next year. This company radily adopts letest techonology. Iam satisfing to improve my knowledge towards my future goals. The company was ISO certified.this can be help to my Documentation presentation. And grab some knowledge about Audit. Learned PLC and Automation techonology basics.

Company established based on market. But slow growth. Some time Iam worked 14 -15hr. Salary was not good. Due to lack of knowledge Iam attending breakdown mid night also.

Work Details

My work is every day challenging and I have to love it to shine my knowledge. Iam learned automation technology and PLC technology. Iam given training to my subordinates. And supervising the all breakdown work. Iam close the breakdowns very less time

Office time 9:30 am to 7:00 pm its tooo long time. Promotion & Appraisal is so poor. Bonus is almost noting, like 20% of in hand salary CTC structure also very poor, employee will not get any benefits like PF. Example : let someone's in hand salary is 20000 but his basic is 3500 so they deduct 12% of PF from his basic. so disgusting. Also employee get bonus that is 8.33% of annual basic pay.
