Bad place to work Especially if you on contract.empl;oyees with same experience they are not expert cuz they work less. work under pressure but know to manage people Basically they push hard task to you. Task which is having deadline. And they take your Creditability with Onsite people (out side Country team) Work Culture is bad. team member expects you to Work more than 9 hours. cuz he needs task to complete. And want credits from onsite team. they want credits from the onsite team. they make to attend meeting middle of night. yeah, though you are on contract. Manager is just wanting job to complete he will pressure lead and lead will squash you for work. you might get late night call from your lead. manager is Dumb he handle more than 40 people which include 5 different team Mech,IT,Electrical,Other Forget manager remember your name, work Contribution is also forgotten once Submitted. they plan to Squish For another task. you wont Learn new Things. you work same things even after 5 years I Don't Recommend to Join this Company Work Culture 2/5 Work life 1/5 Learning 1/5 Salary 3/5 The salary is good. what will you do if they send home. when they cost cutting .which they do Offen so you wont see seniors .people stay for 1 year .regretting of make joining Decision in first place...Read More
