I just joined 3 months ago as GM MT. The amount of freedom I got from management in implementing strategies, getting trust on Bold decisions making for business and Freedom on design the process & P&L strategies are unmatched. I rarely got such type of freedom and trust in such a short period.
It’s too early to any comment now . But can improve the hierarchy structure in more better way to streamline professionalism.

Zero employee value, CEO is a pathetic person. He humiliates people and does not care for their hardwork and efforts. Inexperienced top management, unsupportive HODs and even worst HR. No work life balance. Employees are forced to work overtime without pay or benefits.
