Benefits on employees are good.In mechanical field food is the main structure. so,food is good in all wise .and benefits like bonus and everything is ok.

First thing is 12 hrs of working is mandatory. There is no respect for Management staff with low level engineers.it is divided into management staff and union employees. management has given full rights to the union employees.There is respect for Management staffs from seniors and union employees.
