1. Financial and Designation wise growth is very poor. 2. No hierarchy is followed. 3. Inter office communication is very poor. 4. Favoritism is the key disease here.

Paying capacity is good as compared to other universities/college in Dehradun and Always pay on time. Not too much reporting authority.

Campus is very small. Low scope of any skill development.
