Here we are not getting good package according to our work profile or as per as the CBSE norms. And the increment rate is not satisfactory.

Behaviour of the Chairman and his staffs is worst. I got slapping threat murdering threat from the staffs while working at DBSK and after complaining to the Chairman he took their side and kept pressuring me instead of punishing to the staffs who threaten me. Clearly shows The Chairman of DBSK is involved with in this incident. The Chairman is totally uncultured and doesn't take his responsibilities seriously. Below average school not growth good for chaplose type employees who wanted to just pass the time with ceating of students studies..

I know that my school has recently made a major investment in a new, cutting-edge school building designed to offer the best possible educational experience to pupils. I am skilled at the use of modern technology to support learning, and I am enjoying to do work in such a modern environment and be part of the state-of-the-art learning opportunities that our children can benefit from.

Dislikes

Resource management is one of the areas where the school needs to work. The number of teaching staff is considerably low which results in repeated substitution classes which teachers have to take besides being into an already packed schedule. I personally have felt this issue since I have joined. I have been sent to take multiple substitution classes on days which are usually busy for me.
