The company takes you to leisure trips atleast once a year

The work pressure is too much. The upper management dont think you have a life. The culture there is still patriarchal and old. At the time of open conversation about depravity against women, they are the pioneers who will take us back to a time where women are harassed. Dont even think aboit growth if you are not willing to give up your self respect. They can make your life a living hell.
