I am very happy that Domino's taught me a lot. How to talk to customer, Management, Team work and all.

I am very angry that management people very rude behavior. no one supporting to follow SOP. No company gives benefits, just says leave will be given, every week weekly off will be given and all. Mujhe meri family me emergency kaam ho tab bhi mujhe leave ya weekly off nahi milti thi. also not supportive HR and upper management. now I am so happy after leaving Domino's Pizza.

Work is easy hence why the orders should take short time. There's no specialisation, so, the work is not boring, everyone can do everything in the store. After every rush, staff celebrate by singing company slogan, and congratulate other, management can also decide to choose the staff of the day/ particular rush hour.

Dislikes

Domino's Pizza is never a bad place to work, only people will make it bad, and uncomfortable to work with. It can be mistreating of other stuff by other stuff or management.
