Area managers like mahendra pandey in pune think they own the company they are having affair with lady staff using there destination area managers doing cash integrity with store incharge if they deny they put fake mail they are not even asked what they have done.😂😂😂 This is dominoss now.

Job security... And appraisal depends on your chamchagiri.. I run a store with very good KPI, Customer satisfaction and EBITDA was 20%, also food cost was very good. but I got only 7% appraisal... But one of employee got 9 %, everything is less than my store performance even EBITDA.
