Kudos to the org Further the level of autonomy that this company gives to its employees is unprecedented. Given the scale of business 2000+ stores this is one key reason why tenure of employees is on higher side

The compensation is on lower side. All high and 30% med potential employees can get atleast 15-20% higher compensation outside

I love to work with Domino's Pizza because we learnt lot of the things and grow professionally. Domino's though was " our people come first" that tag line always motivate us to work hard " Domino's growing i will develop our self and grow"

As a assistant restaurant manager we have to do entire thing Stock receiving . Inventory Cleaning (housekeeper) Even a driver . I don't believe we have to do all those store cleaning and stock receiving

Job security... And appraisal depends on your chamchagiri.. I run a store with very good KPI, Customer satisfaction and EBITDA was 20%, also food cost was very good. but I got only 7% appraisal... But one of employee got 9 %, everything is less than my store performance even EBITDA.
