There is nothing to be liked here expect salary. Your life will become hell, no time for yourself.Just running all day. You have to leave as early as 6-7 am in the morning and there is no fixed timing of returning home. Sometimes it is at 2' o clock at night. There is no value of your life here. You can't get leave here easily as work force here is very less. If someone is on leave it is like other guy who is on work , will live life like hell....Read More

Heavy work load. Poor response from local branch. Managers are treating employees like servants, not employees. Whatever be your profile, you might have done different types of work from courier boy to administrative. On paper you will get a lot of facilities from the management, ultimately it will be decided by the line manager, overall the line manager will make you feel that he is everything to you, if you want to stay with the organization and if you are willing to accept his all conditions you are okay and safe and Even if you go against the small order, you will start threatening branch wise that your future is not safe.
