Heavy work load. Poor response from local branch. Managers are treating employees like servants, not employees. Whatever be your profile, you might have done different types of work from courier boy to administrative. On paper you will get a lot of facilities from the management, ultimately it will be decided by the line manager, overall the line manager will make you feel that he is everything to you, if you want to stay with the organization and if you are willing to accept his all conditions you are okay and safe and Even if you go against the small order, you will start threatening branch wise that your future is not safe. * Entire Domino family are very supportive and also helpful. * Domino never stand behind whenever you are in trouble they also with you and they care for you.

* Only One man is culprit in entire Domino family and that is from Indore Branch. * Indore Branch service manager, he behaves with his engineer like robot and he wants to his engineer work at site Even after work time over. * And if you want to leave then you never request to him because leaves taken is our rights but in his under working our rights is just is myths. * In one line Indore Branch Service Manager is Hitler. * But if Branch manage want leave he can go on leave even branch required his presence but doesn't care about the same....Read More

The head of the department’s and zonal officers of services are terrible.One Mr.Premkumar in South zone Kerala region is egoistic and selfish person.He just work only for getting commission only.If we had approached the client, convince them regarding the product and services and made out effort to buy them, at last stage he will appear and report to company as his efforts and the management will appreciate him for this handwork and we are will be there as just useless. Didn’t get the expense on time.only permitted travelling km in bike or car is 60km after that we need to use public transportation.If we use public transportation we cannot complete the work on time so as part of customer satisfaction we travel on bike to complete the work on time and convert it to travelling as public transportation.It creates a huge loss from our side....Read More
