In tha dolphin pg college I like many things . The interior behaviour of the college. All faculties are good and the same as students. The management is also good. They gives good salary for the faculties and bonus every year.

Dislikes

Some political activities. There is a agreement for 2 year before which we cannot resign.

Work Details

At previous year I was a student. And it is some quite interesting. I struggled a bit in the beginning. I learnt everything on the students life.

This working place is very much equipped with new instrumentation & advanced technologies. Environment for teaching is very good. Other teaching staff is also very cooperative & friendly.

Toxic Work Environment

Hi Everyone. I recently joined a company to grow, but the work environment is toxic. The manager is rude, doesn’t guide, and gets angry when I ask questions. They rely on Excel for tasks instead of proper tools like Jira, and tasks lack clear details. Many seniors have quit, and the team is disorganized. HR couldn’t help, and the stress is affecting my mental health. Should I stay or resign? Will leaving early harm my career? If I stay, how can I manage this .without losing my peace?
