I like the Doha Golf Club to all staffs cooperate each other in my Department and other Departments,and also Facilities is very good,like meals and transportation and Benefits.

Dislikes

Some staffs only buttering to management, and take good appourtunity, and honestly people are don't giving any reward.

I have the following offers: 1. Exl - 24 lpa fixed + 12% variable + 2 lakhs joining bonus Position - manager 2. Infinite computer solutions - 30 lpa fixed 3. Deloitte - Still negotiating trying for 30-35 lpa I am prioritizing long term employment as well as personal/ professional growth as I have major family responsibilities coming ahead in next year. Please let me know your insights. Update - Thank you for all the inputs everyone who all contributed to the discussion. I have actually made my decision, I will be joining ICS at technical lead - 37 LPA. They offered a sweet deal that is too good to resist.
