The company and its responsible persons are good on working culture and very much supportive. I love to work with some team leaders without any hesitation. As its a new firm, DSJV is trying to deploy new technologies in the construction of Metro field and I am proud to say I am a part of it.

Job security - Good

Dislikes

Here the Upcoming (New gen) Engineers are being treated in the labour category by the management and some illiterate person in HRD. DSJV says they will be providing Bachelor accommodation, but in a dungeon (be cautious) and the food kind for refugees. This Organisation is totally un-organised in all sense except providing the remuneration, which wont get on time. Got Rejected In an Interview, Just Because I Didn’t Answer a Personal Question

So, I got invited for this interview, and they told me to be there at 9 AM. Of course, I get there early, like 8:30, because I don't want to be late. But then I end up waiting for 1.5 hours. Seriously, they didn't even acknowledge me until 10. Then this HR lady calls me in, and she's totally unprofessional. She's like, on her phone, making personal calls while I'm sitting right there. And then she starts asking me these really weird questions, like what my nickname is, and what my dad does for a living. It got really uncomfortable when she started pressing for details about where my dad works. I mean, what does that have to do with anything? So I politely told her I didn't want to answer, and she actually said, "Then we can't continue this interview." I was honestly shocked. But instead of arguing, I just stood up and said, “Alright then.” And walked out. I left feeling pissed. Not only did they waste an hour of my time, but the HR rep was also rude and unprofessional..
