Overall good company culture. Especially A Murugan sir, Jagannath sir, Abhishek Tripathi sir & Sanjib Saha sir leadership good in QA/QC department. I have enjoyed too much in Dogus soma JV & learned too muchu under our senior staff. Company thaught is too better for employees favour, it is very employee friendly company.
