All are bosses in RG LAND especially HR team like a ruler's of Mumbai metro

1) work culture. 2)dirty politics. 3)worst HR team (not even know their responsibility) 4)delay salary. 5)bribe taking HR. 6) Labour category treatment for engineers. 7)jail accomodation. 8)non ethical careless talks. 9)to meet HR, employees has to wait outside while HR people have 5 times tea 3 times smoke 2 time lunch and 4time site visit reason. 10)HR person will say they are kept by company to cut salaries of employees, not to look welfare of employees. 11)HR person can hire anyone with any salary, but they don't suggest highly performance employees for bonus/salary hike. 12) always HR team will look for other sources of income. 13) they are very much interested to work subcontractors works, (for bribe) 14)Not even one organization chart is available with HR team. 15)No verification of documents, can forge documents easily, even lot of members are with fake documents....Read More
