Working Culture, Management and Employee care. The Management leaded by Mr.Kubal Sir and Nalini Madam has successfully finished the the Kakrapar Nuclear Power project. We also thank the Founder Mr.Rajen Khilachand sir for infusing funds in this projects to run this project to help employees with salary payments. The Management has cleared all the dues as promised. With 4.5 yoe in Total 1)Associate product compliance engineer - 1.5 years 2)Currently working as Project engineer (compliance). 3 years I see no growth in my current company and current role.so I’m looking for career shift,high growth and good package. Skills 1) Environmental compliance(REACH,ROHS,..) 2)Basic networking OS,Linux basic, Aws cloud 3) SAP MM (in progress) 4) Project Management (self preparation from PMBOk) I’m confused between sap mm consultant and project management I’m getting difficult to choose,Which would be great choice according to my background and high pay, stable job Can anybody recommend which domain /role is good for career transition!
