Work culture, problem handling, work life balance, growth aspect which is zero as only top management can get that benefit also the people who say yes to everything they say, never want to understand problem just imposition of hypothetical solution

Company ppl are chill. Flexible timing. Initially when company was in growing phase things were good. No politics, good communication, good work-life balance.

Dislikes

Now company sank due to no-fund. They cut salary, they don't give salary. Job security is poor. Management is poor, initially things were good but now condition is poor, dissatisfaction and negative environment amongst employees due to poor salary and poor management condition.

Work Details

You will work directly with co-founders. Their attitude is good. As I said, 2 years before it was worthwhile to work in Docsuggest(ziffi/zooty) but from last 1.5 yrs company condition is poor. PS (I've left company around 1 yr before)

Work days: Monday to Friday (Flexible Timings)

Work related travel: This is a desk job.
