The two things which I dislike most as per my experience they don't give importance to their employees and they are not fullfill their words as they tell me during joining time they give me insensitive apart from my salary but they have not given.

Good work environment and culture. Company policies are good,appraisal are fair and they give good salary hike and bonus every year.

On the job training is not given to new joiners,management doesn't address our issues
