Never respect its employees personal time. You have regular office hours but u can never leave by time and stretch for 4 to 5 extra hours everyday. Very Mediocre compensation for the work done here and mostly appraisals are a mere joke. To make it simple, Prime focus is ruining the name of oscar winning studio within the vfx community by having poor standards when it comes to compensation and taking the employees' time for granted.
