There is no job security, you can just kicked out any time, may be you would open your eyes in the mrg then you will get a msg that do not come. It is such a pathetic company. There is so much partiality going on over there. Except one or two persons every one will give bad vibes. You can feel the bad vibes and negative energy everywhere. Some seniors will judge based on how you look and how rich you are. They just want to show off. No mental peace. I resigned when I had no job in hand. Glad I did that. No company policy is there, no hr policy, no leave policy, nothing. Poor work culture. Even they don't provide pf and esi. They don't have anything. Just showing off everything outside. Inside it is just hollow....Read More

Partiality, you will get judged on what car or bike you drive, how you look, how rich you are. No work culture or hr policy. Poor thinking people. You will get criticized in every possible way. You even have to work on your off days, in one weekly off day also , you have to work from your home

Hectic, even you have to work on you off days also. You have got one single weekly off, that too you have to work from home. You have to go timely, that's ok, but you have to work overtime everyday.

Got Rejected In an Interview, Just Because I Didn’t Answer a Personal Question

So, I got invited for this interview, and they told me to be there at 9 AM. Of course, I get there early, like 8:30, because I don't want to be late. But then I end up waiting for 1.5 hours. Seriously, they didn't even acknowledge me until 10. Then this HR lady calls me in, and she's totally unprofessional. She's like, on her phone, making personal calls while I'm sitting right there. And then she starts asking me these really weird questions, like what my nickname is, and what my dad does for a living. It got really uncomfortable when she started pressing for details about where my dad works. I mean, what does that have to do with anything? So I politely told her I didn't want to answer, and she actually said, "Then we can't continue this interview." I was honestly shocked. But instead of arguing, I just stood up and said, “Alright then.” And walked out. I left feeling pissed. Not only did they waste an hour of my time, but the HR rep was also rude and unprofessional..
