We could learn lot of things and devlope our knowledge. No job secuirity. Appraisal is depending upon your attitude only , not for you performance and skills. Had Good engineering team. Salary is varied for several departments and will be worst for quality department.

Dislikes

I dislike that No prefernce or impotance to the senior person in all the departments.
