There is a lot of internal politics going on .... We should continuously do salams yo our reporting boss regardless of our sincere hard work . Everyone is dissatisfied with the salary structure of Dmart Employees get nothing rather than salary. Timings are irritative where we cant have a good food and Fruitful sleep Internal growth and Increments are horrible ... We need to be Far from home for the salary provided by them Never ever trust a HR in Dmart who says, we will hire u for ur near location . Need to change the location for every 3 years...Read More

Dmart culture & job structural responsibility as per roll very Good

Dislikes

State wise transfer and as per inflation in the India overall education and all allmost 8 to 9 % but salary increament as per criteria 6 to 7 % average . If state transfer doing as company business requirements then need to give minimum kids education fees which increased due to transfer .

1. You don't have work life balance. You have to work for 12to14 hrs. 2. You shouldn't have festivals or any other holidays. 3. You shouldn't take leaves in first 15 days of the month or on weekends. 4. You have to work with labours as your colleagues. 5. You have to be grateful towards the company as they have provided you a job. 6. You have to do anything they say.

There are middle management are total biased. Favoritism culture in Wh. Some favourite people having & enjoying there Morning & general shift.
