It's very big concepts work in warehouse as Head all is challenging work with responsibility, Innocent staff and there handling system of inward and outward control, stacking all products orderly and systematically abd have to study of time utility importance. Administration will be studied and well organised with plan. It's also coordination with purchase department and GRN department and security department its well studies in roots weekly meeting is very effective to plan of daily purchase of P.O and warehouse spaces. Daily entry updation and system of sending stock on shop floors to display towards the racks overall warehouse is the backbone of every structure of strong piller is obviously indeed and whispered....Read More
