Dmart culture & job structural responsibility as per roll very Good

State wise transfer and as per inflation in the India overall education and all allmost 8 to 9 % but salary increament as per criteria 6 to 7 % average . If state transfer doing as company business requirements then need to give minimum kids education fees which increased due to transfer .

Here you can work for spending time growth wise its a slow company

Involvements of the higher authori in gossips & back biting. Here you can't go ahead by working hard you have to be puppet for your boss. They don't allow to use company policies to employees & said it's not in policy. Here you have to sacrifice all of your programs & person life

1. You don't have work life balance. You have to work for 12to14 hrs. 2. You shouldn't have festivals or any other holidays. 3. You shouldn't take leaves in first 15 days of the month or on weekends. 4. You have to work with labours as your colleagues. 5. You have to be grateful towards the company as they have provided you a job. 6. You have to do anything they say.
