Mental Harrasment by Anirudhha Chaudhary (DGM), He shall be terminated by company/CEO as he use to 1. Hold expenses of Juniors 2. Harass mentally to team member 3. Harass contractor for bills and hold their bills every time in the name of Audit etc. 4. Doesn't give proper appraisal or feedback to management 5. Most of the time goesfor wrong methods to finish works which is against ethics and work methodology. Notice period, early join

My current company notice period is two months 23-Dec-2024 to 20-feb-2024. But my new employer asking for early join ie 3rd of feb! I requested for early relieve to My current employer. Verbally they agreed to relieve two weeks early but now they not ready to relieve early. They want me to complete two months notice period. My new employer asking to join early! What can I do? Please some some give best advice?
