Mental Harrasment by Anirudhha Chaudhary (DGM), He shall be terminated by company/CEO as he use to 1. Hold expenses of Juniors 2. Harass mentally to team member 3. Harass contractor for bills and hold their bills every time in the name of Audit etc. 4. Doesn't give proper appraisal or feedback to management 5. Most of the time goesfor wrong methods to finish works which is against ethics and work methodology. Need help in deciding from the following offers

I have the following offers: 1. Exl - 24 lpa fixed + 12% variable + 2 lakhs joining bonus Position - manager 2. Infinite computer solutions - 30 lpa fixed 3. Deloitte - Still negotiating trying for 30-35 lpa I am prioritizing long term employment as well as personal/ professional growth as I have major family responsibilities coming ahead in next year.
