Timely salary.

Job security - Good
Work satisfaction - Good

Dislikes

No welfare facility ( no tea, no water, no workstation) for site staff. All depends on willings of contractor.No facility for employees from company.No role of HR at site.Except salary nothing is good in DLF. HR will provide wrong information while pre interview discussions. No rewards, No site conveyance at all.Driving by old employees who are not accepting new changes.

Work Details

Work life is stressful. DLF employees are more stressed than contractor despite of client role

Work days: Monday to Saturday (Flexible Timings)

Work related travel: This job involves Travel Within City.

I have been terminated in a day without any prior Notice what should I do ?

Will this recent termination effect my future career? So I have worked with this company its not even been 6 months they terminated me just before completing my probation period 2 days left for my probation to complete they terminated me before that immediately, will I get a relieving letter ? What should I do ? If I dont get relieving letter can I join other companies without relieving letter ? Should I ask them ?
