Partiality among employees, very poor HR, No development, no skill buildings, Relieving and exit policies, Relieving Funds, Poor face value of company among people. Efforts doesn't matters in this company they only need results with very poor Learning & Development, full Day workings despite on Holidays, expectations of company people should work on Sundays also.
