Company is good but senior level person is not sufficient because they give pressure to the contractor for money

There is a lot of politics and corruption in senior level HR and bosses want's money from contractor and say to junior member to sign the duplicate bills At joining the company in 2011 my position is senior engineer civil and CTC is 6.10 lakh/ annual and than I quit the company in 2020 my position is senior engineer civil (Same) and CTC is 7 lakh/annual

COMPENSATION IS DECENT BUT GROWTH IS SLOW.THE WORK PRESSURE IS VERY HIGH.SOMETIMES I HAVE TO WORK 14-18 HOURSSTRAIGHT IN A DAYAS I HAVE TO ATTEND CLIENT CALLS IN THE EVENING AND SOMETIMES LATE INTO THE NIGHT.

But not anymore. Management has decided to downsize the company, switched over to outsourcing mode for most of its activities. People was asked to resign as soon as projects are over. Not a good place to start a career anymore.

I joined as a project engineer in 1994 in a team of young engineers and started the first Office Complex in Gurgaon on behalf of DLF and went to become a city head in 2010 , a team lead for highrise residential, office and mall complexes in the city.
