Maximum employees are to bad with their etiquette: many of the employees behaved too rudely with the emoployee.If I talk about Sec 90 Noida plant ,here in this plant the HR gives fake promises to employee and use their employee only for their need. If I talk about behaviour of security guard and their head of incharge in plant they behave with you too rudely. they just lower your moral like you are uneducated. I think an educated and qualified person will not bear all these things and therefore every good employee left this company they not been here for more than 2 years...Read More
