Dislikes

Dixit Infotech appears to foster a toxic work environment, with deeply concerning working conditions and a lack of professional ethics. The HR reportedly lacks accountability, failing to address employee concerns or support their well-being. Management disregards any semblance of work-life balance, with employees expected to work wee kends and even on festival days, leaving no room for personal time or rest. Freshers, in particular, face exploitative practices, often working without salary or meaningful compensation. The company's culture is characterized by a burnout-inducing workload, minimal to no holidays, and excessive work hours, all of which create a high-stress environment with low morale<mark style="background-color: #fff5e4;">. Employees receive no appreciation for their efforts, and job security seems precarious at best, contributing to high turnover rates</mark>.
