Work life balance is good for females specially in ad sales management team innovation I lk to work on different innovations so I gt opportunity not much, but I m sure Vl gt good opportunities to work on innovation. When u work as per expectation there is job training insecurity.

When I njoyed my work thoroughly then there is no hectic or boring feeling. I hv to look after all special initiative on state level. All the travel make little hectic but this makes me more organised.
