Is there anything to like ? The management is controlled by some superiors from abroad and only if you are good at sucking up to their a**, you are eligible to get promoted else keep slogging your a** forever and that will never matter to the management !

Everything. The mangers. The HRs. The management. The policies. The recruiters. The senior managers. The senior HRs. The new Director. All motherfuc****s. No brains. No sense of responsibility. Suck their bal**. And you have the world at your feet ! Else you get terminated for breathing. Loathsome creatures.

Behaviour of the HRs were so bad...they have most worst policy ever. How to get a job offer from this company irrespective of any educational background they'll hire you... Interview questions are what's your name, DOB, which location you prefer then they send a english assessment which a class 4 kid can solve it with a full marks...after 1 week of the assessment the recruiter gonna call you and say congratulations you are hired. AND NOW THE COMPANY'S GAME BEGINS...::If you get a job offer from this company then don't be happy coz after your joining date they will start verifying your documents and also gonna start to find 101 reasons to TERMINATE you...They by any how you survive their verification then they will start a process of making you a robot...But if find you that you're a slow learner then also they will TERMINATE you... FYI "TERMINATE" doesn't means spot resignation which every normal company does...it means when you reach office in the morning, they'll call you in the HR's room and then tell you surprise you're fired and take your ID...they won't listen to you at all...POV: If you want a secured career then DO NOT join this company and if you want a risk then you're free to go......Read More

Poor Management as a fresher this was my first job the main problem was AHT they regularly gives you updates that increase time but AHT was always the same and it was impossible to complete targets and if you lack behind they increase your probation period regularly gives you pressure pathetic company literally don’t even apply in this company fully miss managed and no respect for employees.
