Worst HR Management, Your manager will do as HR says. If you need to leave you to have to ask your manager first then your manager will ask the HR for your leave and if HR says ok then only you'll get a leave that is also just for one day. You cannot use your mobile inside the premises. You have to keep your mobile at the reception.Two times my family members got expired but I didn't get to know because I didn't have my phone with me. No fixed-job timings. Sometimes you go by 9:30 in the morning and the next day you leave by 7 in the morning. Worst management ever i have seen. The company has a solutions architect and Vice President to help you out, but they only don't know the difference between HTML Tag Attribute and HTML Tag and the company is paying them lacs at monthly.
