Job is secure as this company rarely fires it's employees.

Dislikes

No corporate culture at all except good customer orientation. Your bags will get checked without any explanation. No transportation service is provided. No gymnasium and cafeteria at all. Only a so called canteen which is wide open without any door or coverage except the roof and side walls made of actual teen sheets where labor andstaff both eats together. No work from home is there at all. No team outings or corporate gathering except the occasional expo which come from time to time. No health insurance for you and your family members. No focus on employee skill enhancing except Lear while doing the work. No offs at all except the public holidays when the world will be on leave like Holi, Diwali, 26th Jan, 02 October, 15th August and something like that. The management will spy you and your activities whether you are at work or off work by keeping an eye on your Naukri and LinkedIn profiles. If you get sick or cannot come due to any reason without informing the management near salary days you salary will get hold. You cannot suggest good work practices but you will always get the so called "Gyaan" from the management time to time. The Best company i have ever seen, I saw someone writing against the company, which seems to be a competitor gimmick. There are 1500 employees working, the company is too big, no one has time for all this, on all these internet platforms, where anybody can write anything for any company. please do not join in this company as it is in a total haphazard stage and behavior of owners is bad and unethical. keep on working from 9 to 10pm and even then 20 mistakes are pointed for not working. main aim is to get the work done and fire you. do not join them at junior or senior level

Firstly, there is no post of general manager in the company for logistics; this is a fake review or from competition, so if someone is working from 9 am to 10 pm, it means he doesn't have time management. Also, you accept that 20 mistakes are pointed out, so you do not deserve to be there. And still, the company is bearing and supporting you; you should be thankful instead. All 7 days working, you are so hardworking; why are you working here? Look for another job and be happy. Still, you will always be a complainer who doesn't know his shortcomings will always be a complainer; this ambition box is a nuisance box; anyone can put any garbage against anyone with no authentication; 98% of the ambition box is filled with such complaints.
