Likes

The company is open to innovation and readily adopts latest technology. I love the fact that i am the part of a team that markets reliable, high quality products and has a global client base.

Salary - Good
Skill development - Good
Work-life balance - Good

Dislikes

Compensation is decent, but growth is slow. the work pressure is very high sometimes, i have to work 10-12 hours straight in a day i have to work in night shift.

Promotions - Poor

Work Details

Generally speaking, my work is slightly challenging as i have to look worker grievance and manage to employee problems. I have to look employee salary distribute timely, and after costing and PF ESI compliance.

Work days: Rotational Shift (Strict Timings)

Work related travel: This is a desk job.

I recently joined a new company, and within 10 days, I received a more attractive offer from another company. Can I resign without serving the notice period? Would declining any salary and relieving letter (Experience Letter) it easier for the company to agree to my departure?
