I have worked there for 3 months and that's why I am sharing my experience. The owner of the company is a good person but HR department and maintenance head there Sudhir Rathor is a very stupid person because he even abuses the company owner and troubles his workers a lot such that any worker learns the work from there and leaves assoon as he learns it. The most surprising thing is that HR department and the company owner knows all this but still why they do not take any action against Sudhir Rathor. Otherwise the company suffers a loss if any worker gets troubled by Sudhir Rathor in 3 or 4 months after this he leaves, the worker gets a job elsewhere but the company suffers a loss, so many complaints are made against Sudhir Rathor but no action is taken, one day someone will commit suicide out of frustration with Sudhir Rathor, then the company will be locked down when they will come to know, they do not know why they have kept a stupid and fool man like Sudhir Rathore,...Read More

please do not join in this company as it is in a total haphazard stage and behavior of owners is bad and unethical. keep on working from 9 to 10pm and even then 20 mistakes are pointed for not working. main aim is to get the work done and fire you. do not join them at junior or senior level

Firstly, there is no post of general manager in the company for logistics; this is a fake review or from competition, so if someone is working from 9 am to 10 pm, it means he doesn't have time management. Also, you accept that 20 mistakes are pointed out, so you do not deserve to be there. And still, the company is bearing and supporting you; you should be thankful instead. All 7 days working, you are so hardworking; why are you working here? Look for another job and be happy. Still, you will always be a complainer who doesn't know his shortcomings will always be a complainer; this ambition box is a nuisance box; anyone can put any garbage against anyone with no authentication; 98% of the ambition box is filled with such complaints.
