Culture and atmosphere of the working life style is absolutely weird. I joined as sales coordinator and I could only survive for 2 days bcz of sentiments and negative vibes from the existing employees. Employee attrition is very high, They have the policy of 2 year contract and retaining your original document. Even if you are there for an interview, no one will ask you for water. You can see the condition of washrooms, it's too smelly. Overall I do not recommend anyone to join disposafe, it's batter to stay unemployed rather than becoming an employee here....Read More

please do not join in this company as it is in a total haphazard stage and behavior of owners is bad and unethical. keep on working from 9 to 10pm and even then 20 mistakes are pointed for not working. main aim is to get the work done and fire you. do not join them at junior or senior level
