The company is open to innovative and ideal adoption process with latest technology. I love the fact That I am a part of a team that market Reliable with higher quality products and services and has a great client base. As a result, I get travel aboard, especially to the US, CANADA & India. But on site travel is completely dependent on your project and client's location.

Compensation is decent. I have to attend client call in the morning evening and sometimes late in the night.

Worst company culture. People just filled with ego. Nobody helps you to grow.

Everything- from leadership to process. I mean they maintain the data in excel. All reports are made manually which takes almost 3 hours to maintain and work on the data
