Appraisal process was very transparent but pay package too low compared to to average industry norms. From top to bottom at Circle level was no politics and was success in the region. Aircel was(as now company file bankruptcy) one of the best corporate, unfortunately now company is on the verge of closing. We as aircelite always miss the work culture.

Speaking about my job I work as a Activation officer . My work is to audit documents and forms applied for a new connectivity from a subscriber . And the audit should me in a proper way as per TRAI norms and do data entry to online system.
