Many more where to start not getting 1)CEO what to say about him...he is useless fellow. Europe's "Waste" has been held here as "Best". In all world Indian CEO's are rocking but here owner has gone mad... 2) He and the QA QC AGM that idiot woman..she doesn't even know how the enter the PP area didn't know that she can't enter with her high heels...how come she can lead the site when she didn't know the most basic procedure...making all production blocks terrible and always giving threat to remove the employees 😡 3) Lack of planning, management, HR is deaf nd blind including HR VP...they came to pass their leisure time in company...no commitment for development. Talent management team..they sit in their AC cabins they don't care what's going on in the company. 4) Management is careful about local goons rather than employees.
