The only thing to praise is you can learn and get experienced in the field.

Dislikes

Starting with toxic work culture,poor quality of food at canteen,no work and life balance,no job security,no any other benifits, they say of 12 hrs of shift but it is upto 13 or 14 hrs of working with toxic culture.
