If you are a fresher , go with it, it teaches the fresher much more than he can expect. No doubt this company is excellent when it comes to culture, salary, experience, learnings appraisal etc. Everything is i would say good.

Dislikes

Senior level management(Institutional business-PAN India) doesn't know the ground reality they just relax in office with high packages and pressurise executives only. They don't know anything about system although they are senior.

Company works on excel and VC, utmost unsafe place for front line staffs. Company wants a nurses who can do an operation also and can maintain hospital profit and loss calculation 😀😀
