To be fair, you do get a lot to learn in this company. thats about it

the fact that you learn a lot is cos they dont hire many, which finally ends up with you handling a lot of responsibility. which is ok to a certain extent, but very irritating when it keeps going on. the management kinda has the tendency to delegate a lot!
