Being a part of BCCL and times group is the only best thing about DineOut

- Unstable Cloud POS Product. Like really messy code and same bugs are reported each time by the client. - No Learning. If you are a developer who wants to upskill yourself, this is not the kind of company. You will be just fixing bugs and doing things what your technical manager says so. If you think you can do a solution by yourself, instead of applauding, you will be judged till your entire tenure. - Culture is the worst. People in the same team does not like to talk to each other. There is a "Sir" culture in the company as well and if you don't follow the culture, you will be judged. This is for all the technical domains. - Coming to company wide innovation, there is nothing new which the company is showing or presenting to the customers. That is why they are lacking in the food tech to their competitors like pet puja etc....Read More
